Can you give me an estimate over the phone?

Regrettably, we do not provide average pricing for jobs over the phone. There are many things to consider when putting together a price quote for our clients, namely, the size of the surface area, the material, its location, how much cleaning needs to be done and if there are any repairs necessary. Most often, clients are not able to adequately assess the amount of work needed when describing a potential job over the phone. Fortunately, at Master Sealer, we are happy to offer our clients the opportunity to acquire a free estimate at no cost of their own. We provide an absolutely complimentary service, where we can have one of our estimators come and see the potential job site for themselves and use their expertise to assess the condition of the surface area and how much work needs to be done. This is beneficial to both ourselves and our clients as it ensures that we know exactly what we are dealing with before we begin a job, and allows our clients to have the work assessed for free, without any obligation.

 

How does your Price Match Guarantee work?

At Master Sealer, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible value for their money. As already stated, you can count on us to deliver the best possible prices. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your complimentary estimate, and have been given a quote for less, by someone else, we are happy to match or beat their price by 10%. At Master Sealer, we only want satisfied clients. That is why we do our best to be competitive price-wise, and still offer you the quality you are looking for. I would like my pool-deck and driveway sealed with a high-gloss finish, but I am worried that it will be slippery and dangerous with water by the pool and the slope of the driveway. What should I do?

There is no need to worry about slipping on any surfaces sealed by Master Sealer. We are often asked about safety with a high-gloss finish by worried clients. At Master Sealer, our clients' satisfaction and safety are a priority. That is why we include a non-slip additive to our sealers in order to avoid any unwanted accidents on slippery surfaces whether by the pool, or on a wet driveway. Caution should always be exercised regardless of anti-slip application.

I want to schedule a job. How long will it take?

While we do our best to be time sensitive, especially when some of our clients are doing work in anticipation of an event or party at their homes, we cannot always guarantee a definite time period. On average, sealing can take anywhere from a two to three days, depending on certain factors.
